Birthdays at the Academy

At a school of less than 45 students, we have the opportunity to celebrate each student's birthday.  Mrs. O'Brien brings a cookie from Eileen's to celebrate the birthdays of our students. You might be asking, what about summer birthdays? Mrs. O'Brien honors them too! She celebrates their half birthdays to make sure no one is left out. 

You can expect Mrs. O'Brien to walk into the room singing her rendition of Happy Birthday, which could be different every time she sings it, donning some Birthday shades, carrying a cookie with an array of sunglasses for the student to choose from. Students love being celebrated!
